Nous rangeons un peu, relaxons en matin\u00e9e, et d\u00e9cidons d&#8217;aller dans un restaurant \u00e0 Shinjuku, dont la sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 est la langue de b\u0153uf. Nous d\u00eenons agr\u00e9ablement, puis faisons un peu de shopping, ou du moins rep\u00e9rons les choses que nous pourrions acheter avant de partir. Il est alors 17 heures, nous allons visiter le Watering Hole, un bar \u00e0 bi\u00e8re artisanale. La derni\u00e8re fois que nous avons essay\u00e9 le Watering Hole, c&#8217;\u00e9tait le 10e anniversaire, et c&#8217;\u00e9tait plein \u00e0 craquer. Cette fois-ci, il y a une place pour 4. Nous profitons de quelques bonnes boissons, puis la faim appara\u00eet, nous d\u00e9cidons de tester le tarif. C&#8217;est plus que correct, et nous passons un bon moment \u00e0 \u00e9changer avec des personnes charmantes qui travaillent l\u00e0. Un excellent moment, nous recommandons le Watering Hole de tout c\u0153ur !
