Great city with nice food, nice drinks, and many things to see. We didn&#8217;t see everything by a far count, but our hotel being just at the level of the slavery abolition memorial, we did explore the memorial over two days&#8230;on sunny and one less so. It was nice to take a time to ponder about what happened in history and how far (if not far enough, clearly) the world has gone. The memorial encourages reflexion, with a time line, numbers, and a long wall of quotes. Eyquem and Gadea certainly took their time to read and we discussed.
